Growing stronger farms, communities, and opportunities.
Programs
Our programs respond to specific challenges through solutions tailored to each context.
Farmer Technical Assistance
Regeneration provides culturally responsive technical assistance directly to Latine, Indigenous, and immigrant farmers. This support helps farmers strengthen their farm businesses, make production decisions, access resources, prepare for markets, understand contracts, and navigate agricultural systems.
Consulting and Partner Support
Regeneration also provides fee for service consulting and partner support to organizations, agencies, institutions, and mission aligned partners seeking to better serve Latine, Indigenous, and immigrant farming communities.
Raíces y Brotes -Farmer Education Certificate Program
Regeneration offers a Spanish language farmer education certificate program rooted in practical knowledge, peer learning, and culturally relevant teaching. The program is designed for Latine, Indigenous, and immigrant farmers who may not be reached by traditional agricultural institutions or formal training programs.
Market Connections and Sales Partnerships
Regeneration also supports market connections between farmers, buyers, and mission aligned partners. This includes identifying farmer supply, making introductions, supporting relationship development, and helping move culturally significant and locally grown products into values aligned markets.
Ancestral Crop Program
Regeneration is developing a cultural agriculture and agrotourism program centered on the promotion of Mexican food and agricultural traditions. The program supports farmers in growing culturally significant crops while creating educational, seasonal, and market based opportunities for the broader community.
Land Access Program
Regeneration is developing a land access program at Paicines Ranch to support small scale farmers with access to land, infrastructure, technical assistance, and shared learning opportunities.
Rancho Coyote Viejo -Demo Farm
Regeneration is developing a demonstration farm space to support farmer education, crop planning, infrastructure learning, and community based agricultural innovation. The demo farm will serve as a practical site for learning, experimentation, and farmer support.
